We only collect information you choose to give us. Through the Talent Network sign-up form, that may include:

• Country / region
• Years of experience, specialization and key skills
• A short professional summary or CV details you choose to provide

If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply.

We also collect basic, non-identifying usage statistics through analytics (see Section 8).

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. We use it to:

• Build your professional profile in the Talent Network
• Connect you with companies looking for solids control & drilling-waste professionals
• Respond to your enquiries and keep you informed about the service

You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7).

4. What is shown publicly, and what stays private

Your contact details (email and phone) are not published on the website. A profile may show your professional details only — such as role, region, experience and skills.

When a company is interested, we make a managed introduction: we share your relevant details with that company only after there is a genuine opportunity. Your information is never sold, and it is not added to any public mailing or marketing list.

We may share your relevant professional details with:

• Companies or recruiters seeking professionals in this field, through a managed introduction as described above
• Trusted service providers that help us run the website (for example, our hosting and form-handling providers), strictly to operate the service

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We keep your profile information for as long as it is useful to the Talent Network, or until you ask us to remove it. You can request deletion at any time and we will remove your data promptly.

• Withdraw your consent at any time
