1. About SC DrillTech

SC DrillTech ("we", "us", "our") is an independent solids control and drilling-waste-management consultancy. We operate the website scdrilltech.com and the SC DrillTech Talent Network.

2. What the Talent Network is — and is not

The Talent Network is a free networking and directory service that helps solids control & drilling-waste professionals and the companies that need them find one another.

It is not a recruitment agency, manpower-supply company or employer. We do not hire, employ, place or supply workers, and we do not act as an agent for either side. We simply make introductions. Any contract, offer, assignment, payment or working relationship is agreed directly between the professional and the company — we are not a party to it.

3. No fees

Joining and being listed in the Talent Network is free. We do not charge professionals, and we do not charge a placement fee or commission.

4. Beta service

The Talent Network is currently in beta. It is offered "as is", may change or be interrupted, and we make no guarantee that it will always be available or that it will lead to a job, a candidate, or any particular result.

5. Your responsibilities

When you submit information, you confirm that:

• You are a working professional aged 18 or over
• The information you provide is true, accurate and your own
• You have the right to share it and consent to it being used as described in our Privacy Policy
• You will not submit false, misleading, unlawful or offensive content

6. Listings and moderation

We may review, edit, decline or remove any profile or content at our discretion — for example, if information appears inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. We may also remove your listing on request.

7. No guarantee of employment or outcome

We do not promise that joining will result in work, interviews, or contact from any company, nor that any company listed is suitable, solvent or genuine. You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering into any arrangement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SC DrillTech is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or the Talent Network, or from any dealings, communications or agreements between members and companies introduced through it. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

9. Intellectual property

The website's content, branding, articles and design are the property of SC DrillTech and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information you submit remains yours; you grant us permission to use it to operate the Talent Network as described.

10. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SC DrillTech is established. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
