Jason Norman is a technology executive, petroleum engineer and innovation leader with more than 25 years of experience in drilling systems, drilling fluids, solids control, automation and digital technologies.

He has held leadership and technology-development roles with organisations including Baker Hughes, Shell, Apache, Absmart, NPTLabs, WellSoft and Savant FM. His expertise spans drilling fluids, solids control, particle-size distribution (PSD), real-time data acquisition, XRF compositional analysis and integrated drilling optimisation, and he has led the development and commercialisation of technologies that improve drilling performance, reduce operating cost and support data-driven engineering decisions.

As Technical & Technology Advisor at SC DrillTech, Jason provides strategic guidance on digital drilling technologies, engineering analytics, drilling-fluids optimisation and next-generation solids-control solutions — strengthening SC DrillTech’s mission of delivering independent engineering knowledge and practical technical excellence to the global drilling industry.

Arnie Little is a senior oil-and-gas services executive with four decades in drilling and completion fluids, solids control and drilling-waste management — from field engineering onshore and offshore to corporate P&L leadership. Industry-trained as a drilling engineer at Magcobar (Dresser Industries), he has worked as a drilling-fluid and completion-fluid engineer, district engineer, operations manager and sales executive, with responsibility spanning field, district, regional and corporate levels.

He is one of the architects of Integrated Fluids Engineering (IFE) — the integrated drilling-fluid, solids-control and waste-management service model rolled out globally by M-I SWACO in the early 2000s. He has led global sales and operations across drilling fluids, completion fluids (high-density brines), solids control, drilling-waste management and filtration, and has designed and supervised the construction of liquid-mud plants and high-density-brine blending facilities in North America, South America, Italy and the North Sea.

As Executive Advisor at SC DrillTech, Arnie brings that operational and commercial depth to the practice’s fluids, solids-control and waste-management guidance. He is currently active in the commercialisation of XRF and digital-sensor measurement technology with NPT Labs — the same measured-not-guessed direction SC DrillTech is built on.

Ayman Al Naqeeb is a drilling-fluids professional with 15 years of experience across Baker Hughes and Halliburton, supporting exploration drilling, drilling-fluid performance and well-optimization activities. His field background brings a practical perspective to the relationship between fluid properties, well conditions and drilling performance.

His experience covers drilling-fluid systems, hole cleaning, lost-circulation challenges and particle-size distribution (PSD). He combines field observations with engineering analysis to help identify performance gaps and support well-optimization decisions, considering both the drilling fluid and the drilled solids it carries.

Ayman also delivers technical training in Drilling Fluids, Hole Cleaning, Lost Circulation and Particle Size Distribution (PSD).
